My Healing Journey Became My Life’s Work
I know what it feels like to live in survival mode. To carry stress in the body. To feel disconnected from yourself. To keep functioning on the outside while struggling on the inside.
My own journey through trauma, chronic stress, emotional pain, and physical symptoms led me to search for deeper ways to heal.
What changed everything was learning that healing isn’t only about mindset. The body holds stress, stories, tension, and survival patterns, too. When I began working with the nervous system, fascia, emotional healing, and embodiment, life began to shift in profound ways.
Now I guide other women through that same return to self.
How I Support Women
My work is gentle, grounded, and tailored to each woman’s needs.
Depending on the setting, I may blend:

Why I Do This Work
So many women have spent years carrying too much.
Holding relationships together. Holding families together. Holding emotions in. Holding stress in the body.
I believe healing can begin when a woman no longer has to hold it all alone.
When she feels safe enough to soften, release, and come home to herself.
That is the space I aim to create.

My Story
A few years ago, life brought me to a breaking point.
My world had fallen apart, and after major surgery, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. At times, I could barely function. As a single mother to my son Conor, I knew I had to find a way forward not only for myself,-but for us both.
What felt like the end became the beginning of everything.
My healing journey opened my eyes to the profound connection between trauma, the nervous system, the body, and emotional wellbeing. Living with PTSD and chronic illness taught me lessons no textbook ever could.
I came to understand that many women are carrying far more than they realise - stress, survival patterns, grief, tension, responsibility, heartbreak.
And often, the body carries it too.
That realisation led me into years of learning, healing, and deep personal growth. I immersed myself in nervous system regulation, meditation, transformational work, and body-based healing practices that helped me rebuild from the inside out.
Today, Conor and I, along with our beloved cat Ziggy Woo, have created a peaceful and joyful life on Sydney’s North Shore.
I’ve learned that healing is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you were beneath the pain, fear, and survival.
That is the work I now feel privileged to share.
Through classes, private sessions, writing, and community spaces, I support women who are ready to release what they’ve been carrying and begin a new chapter with greater calm, strength, and self-trust.
My story is proof that even after life’s hardest seasons, joy can return. And sometimes your next chapter becomes the best one yet.
