I know what it feels like to live in survival mode.

After navigating trauma, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and physical symptoms, I began exploring deeper forms of healing that worked with the body — not against it.

That path changed my life.

Today I guide women through gentle, grounded healing practices that support the body, calm the nervous system, and help them reconnect with their own strength, safety, and power.

My approach blends lived experience, trauma awareness, embodiment, and compassion.
