Bra-Less Brunches Gifts
For the women who are ready to start choosing themselves.
Welcome! I am so happy you are here.
Hello beautiful,
If we connected at the Braless Brunch today, it was such a pleasure to share that space with you.
Events like this remind me how powerful it is when women come together, share their stories, and realise they are not alone in what they've experienced.
If you are here because you've been through a painful or toxic relationship, I want you to know something important… There is nothing wrong with you for feeling the way you do.
When we experience betrayal, emotional instability, or prolonged stress in a relationship, our nervous system adapts in order to survive. Anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional exhaustion, or feeling shut down are very normal responses to abnormal situations.
Healing doesn't begin with “fixing yourself”, remember I said we’re not broken… It begins with gently learning how to come back to yourself.
That is why I created these two resources for you.
Jennie.

How To Heal From Toxic Relationships
Ebook Download
As a thank you for being at the BralessBrunch, I’d also love to gift you a copy of my book.
This book was written for women who are rebuilding themselves after a toxic relationship and learning to choose themselves again.
Many women tell me that the hardest part of leaving a toxic relationship is not the breakup itself - it's the emotional aftermath. The confusion, the self-doubt, the grief, and the feeling of trying to rebuild your life while your nervous system is still in survival mode.
I wrote this book during my own healing journey because the resources I found at the time felt too heavy when my mind and body were already overwhelmed. I needed something simple, compassionate and practical.
Think of it as a guide to help you understand what you're experiencing and gently find your way back to yourself.
